We are located in the historical center, right in front of the Lagoon (San Marco Basin), a few steps from Sain't Mark's Square. This is the heart of Venice!!! all the spot you wanna see are right out of the door: San Marco Square, San Marco BAsilica and Bell Tower, San Giorgio Island, Rialto with its market and mall,Accademia museum, Peggy Guggenhein, Biennale Art, Arsenale Museum, Lido of Venice and its beach, Fenice Theater. Everything is right there!!! And obviously shops, restaurants and bars at every corner!!!

How to reach us:
By plane
The Marco Polo International Airport is located about 10 km from Venice.
The hotel is easily reachable either by private water taxi, which will take you to the hotel pier in about 30 minutes, or by Alilaguna (public boats), which takes about an hour and ten minutes and stops at San Zacaria (about 100 meters from the hotel).
The journey through the Venice lagoon is very pleasant and interesting both from a naturalistic and historical point of view.
By train
The hotel is easily reachable from the Santa Lucia station by private water taxi (in 20 minutes you can arrive directly at our private landing place) or by public transport service (the water bus) which reaches San Zacaria landing in about 35 minutes, located 100 meters from our Hotel.
By car
From the A4 motorway exit, continue towards Venice.
We advise you to park your car at the private parking of our sister hotel Hotel Santa Chiara or at Garage San Marco, where our customers dispose of a special discount (*).
Garage San Marco is in Piazzale Roma, Venice's car terminal. Piazzale Roma can be reached by continuing straight until the end of Ponte della Libertà. From here to reach the Hotel you can use either the water taxi (the journey takes about 20 minutes) or the public transport service (the boats take from 25 minutes to an hour to reach the hotel, depending on the line).
The Tronchetto parking lots (island of Venice from which the homonymous parking lot takes its name) can be reached by following the indications found on the Ponte della Libertà, a bridge that connects Venice to the mainland. From there to reach the Hotel you can take a water taxi or a water bus (in 40 minutes you will arrive at the San Zaccaria stop, located 100 meters from the Hotel).
